About 2 months ago, my husband and I surprised my mom with installing a Williams Lift Co. chair lift in her home while she was recovering in a rehabilitation center from some surgery. Purchasing from Williams was the best decision we could have made for a chair lift! The entire process (which took less than one week) was seamless! The representatives over the phone (including the Company owner, whom I was surprised to learn I’d been talking with at the end of one conversation) were very helpful, professional, polite, and courteous. I chose Williams because of the longevity of the company and the excellent customer reviews online. Now I can add my review to those others! I highly recommend Williams. I called for info on a Friday, called back on Monday to request the installation, had Steve stop by on Wednesday to measure the stairs, and then had Steve return on Thursday to install the chair lift — a totally smooth and super-fast process! Steve, like the other company representatives, was professional, personable, highly competent / knowledgeable, and a very sweet/ down-to-earth person. I believe the installation itself took just a little over an hour or so, if my memory serves me. Steve also thoroughly explained the usage of the lift to my husband and me and gave us appropriate documentation. When my mom returned home, she was thrilled at our surprise! She has told my husband and me repeatedly that she doesn’t know how she would get up and down the stairs anymore if it weren’t for the lift. She is so grateful and no longer dreads a long, painful walk up steep stairs to her bedroom. She talks with joy about being about to carry small items on her lap up and down the stairs. She is so happy about this, which makes us so relieved and happy too. I’m very grateful for the Williams’ “family” excellent products and customer service.
