Cannot say enough good things about this company. Called for an appointment and Scott came to the house the following week. We told him we needed a stairlift as a member of the household was scheduled for a foot operation within 1 week and would be in a cast. She would need assistance to reach an upstairs bedroom. Scott went over all our options and we settled on a rental stairlift as it would only be needed for 3 or 4 weeks. We advised him of our schedule so it had to be installed within the next week. We were somewhat surprised and thankful when he told us it could be installed the next day.This would give her plenty of time to become familiar with the stairlift.Daniel showed up the next morning and installed the stairlift within several hours. We are very pleased with the stairlift and would highly recommend this company to anyone needing lift assistance.

Williams Lift Company was excellent! I needed a ramp installed quickly, and they came through for me. Someone always answered the phone, they always came on time and were very professional. Rich, and the installers Felipe and Barry were very pleasant to deal with, and they did a great job. I would highly recommend them.

Williams Lifts are knowledgeable and friendly. Visited showroom and was able to try out stairlifts. They came to my home and gave me an estimate based on my stair situation. They were able to install the chair lift within a reasonable timeframe. The installer was friendly and efficient.
