Williams Lifts is a great company to do business with. I was in urgent need of the chair lift, and Williams Lifts installed it within two business days after I called for a rental estimate. The installer, Dan, was very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant, and advised me of the proper usage of the chair lift and had me test it before he left. His work was impeccable, and he left my home clean and neat after the installation.  The monthly rental price was also reasonable. Very happy with Williams Lifts!

We called Williams based on a recommendation from one of our friends who had previously used them. We purchased a stairlift for my elderly parents and we couldn’t be more pleased with the company. Everyone was very kind, responsive and knowledgeable about the product. The folks on the phone were very nice and immediately understood our needs.They quickly scheduled someone to come to our house to assess our specific requirements. Scott was very knowledgeable. Gave us a quote with several options, but made it very easy for us to decide. The installation was scheduled at our convenience and Mike did a very nice job. He took the time to clearly explain all the details of the lift and how to avoid any pitfalls.
Overall, highly recommend.

We had a great experience with Williams. Initial installation was determined not a good fit for my Mom. I worked with Laura I believe in the office to adjust what was needed. Super helpful, she asked great questions to determine when and how my Mom would go up stairs, she had me send pictures of area. Although she was super busy, she was very courteous, professional and made sure it was appropriate for my Mom. The installer Dan did a great job, gave though instructions how to use the Chair lift, etc. Mom is super happy and safe using this product. Thumbs up for Williams!!

We could not have asked for better service, availability and caring concern to make sure that the needs of the lift user were met. Installation was great and Dan made sure that the seat was adjusted to give my husband the most comfortable ride possible. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Williams Lift Co. It was difficult to convince our parents to install the stairlift, so we initially rented it. After a couple of months, we decided to purchase it. We recently purchased a power lift recliner. Top notch customer service.
