We are so grateful to Williams Lift Co. for their great service, always; but, specifically most recently, on Monday, July 17, 2023. We rented and then purchased our ramp from Williams Lift. We have had it for quite a few years now, without issue. This past weekend, with all the rain, I gather that the ground under the ramp shifted a bit, as one section of the ramp came loose, leaving a gap and a sort of step of about 2 inches between the first:portion of the ramp ad the rest of the ramp. We discovered this late Sunday night, when taking out the trash. I called early, around 7:20,AM., Monday morning, hoping to leave a message on their answering machine. To my surprise, a real person…the answering service, took the call. She asked a few questions and listened to me. This was key, as my dad had a doctors appointment that day at 1pm., which we scheduled months ago. She assured me that the message would be relayed to a technician and that I should get a call back as soon as possible, but definitely once they opened, at 9AM. Sure enough, at 9:03 AM, Laura called, she took more detailed information, I emailed her a photo, to explain what I couldn’t put into words. And, on one of the hottest, most humid days this summer, 2 wonderful gentlemen came and fixed the ramp. They were done before 10:30AM. I remember because earlier, I called the aide who comes to help get my dad dressed and l explained that she would have to enter via the steps at the back entrance. But all of that wasn’t necessary, thanks to Williams Lift Co, and their prompt, caring, professional, excellent service. The aide was able to use the ramp and so was dad. He made it for his doctor’s appointment. Hooray! Thank you, Thank You, Thank You Williams Lift Co. for excellent emergency service. You really consider the needs of your clients and in my opinion, go all out to serve them.

We went online to get information about stair lifts, my first and only web site we opened was Williams Lift Company. We made up our minds that this company was the one to contact and use. Why? They have been in business since 1947 and we knew that being around that many years meant they were reliable and their work ethics the best. Plus, they had working stair lifts in their showroom where we where able to get a first hand experience.
Would we recommend William Lift Company to others? YOU BET.

After our old stairlift stopped working, I called Williams Lift Co and spoke to Susan. She was kind enough to give us a name of a company in our area to repair our lift. I called them and it was going to cost close to what we paid for the original lift to repair it and the service man didn’t seem to have the knowledge Susan had. I knew then that I was going to call Susan and get a new lift from Williams. I had researched the company after seeing an ad on tv and liked all I read about the family owned company. You feel like they consider your issues and that they are there to assist you. You are not just a number like the way some larger companies treat you. Richard came the next day to measure and explain things to us and installed it the following morning. I highly recommend this company.

My Bruno Stair lift was installed on May 5, 2023, by Michael. I found him to be a quite efficient and knowledgeable technician. He was very courteous to both myself and my wife. He thoroughly explained every facet of operating the lift, quite well. He his a great asset to the Williams Lift Co, and we certainly will tell our friends of the quality of the units and the excellent service we received.

I had a stairlift installed on 3/7/23. I was happy to deal with Dan and Mike. Dan came to measure, and Michael installed.. Both were very good at their jobs. Michael was very patient with my wife while giving her instructions on the first ride up the stairs. The installation was completed fast and efficient.. Michael treated my wife like she was part of his family. He is courteous and highly professional. Thanks for a great job.

Williams Lifts is one of the best retail companies I have ever dealt with from start (gathering information about the products) to finish (installation of stairlift)!! All the “workers” were extremely nice. I will recommend this company to everyone who has need of your products.
