The technician was polite and knowledgeable of chair lift unit. He also knew and suggested to put it on the left side of stairway going down to cellar level. He also answered any of our questions with knowledge of the unit. The unit appears to be well constructed and workable. Being a second hand unit, it is in excellent condition. So we are pleased with this unit.
