We have lived in Warren for over 50 years and have dealt with Williams when Williams Surgical Supply existed. We were very pleased with the installer, Richard. He promptly installed the unit and was very nice to deal with. The unit is great and it sure beats walking up the stairs, as both my husband and I have great difficulty doing so. Love it!
