Excellent company to deal with. From the time Rich came to measure the stairs to the time he left after the installation, it was a simple and painless procedure. No fancy video’s describing their products, no flashy salespeople, just the plain and simple facts. When I explained to Rich the limited usage of the lift, he immediately steered me away from a new lift and recommended a used one. He even called me later in the day to say he found one that would work better for what I needed it for. Installation was a breeze, it wasn’t a sub-contractor being hired to install it, Rich did the installation himself. Excellent company to deal with, and I’d recommend them to anyone who needs a stair lift.

Your company delivered and installed the two chair lifts the day after I ordered them. This was particularly important to us because my wife had a medical appointment that day without any way to get down the stairs to the car. Steve was professional and accomodating when he installed the units. In addition, he was very personable and put my wife at ease when instructing her on its use. Excellent service!

My husband and I were most pleased with the very speedy way in which his need for a stairlift was taken care of (less than 24 hours)!  Barry was most helpful in arranging a speedy visit from your technician to give us an estimate and other pertinent information. The same technician, Richard, installed the lift and fully advised us regarding the use and operation of the unit. All in all, one of the nicest experiences we have had when making a major health equipment purchase.

Clients should be more open about how they enjoy their lift. Steve was kind and knowledgeable about the product. I don’t comparison shop. I judge a product by its representative, then I move ahead. I was surprised at the fair price.

Very pleased in the way your technician installed the stairlift in my home. He was not only neat and proficient with the installation but also did a good job in explaining the operation of the unit. The unit is operating very good.
