I just had two systems installed at my parents home in Hazlet, NJ. From my initial call through installation the Williams Team was outstanding. Scott arranged for a meeting and estimate the very next day after I called him. Laura in the main office was very responsive in working through the details of the proposal and Dan, who came out to handle the installation, did a very professional job. Dan was also very thorough in helping train my Dad in using the system and then explaining all product and warranty information to me before he left the job. From start to finish it was a great experience.

I should also add that I did my homework before committing to Williams and they were very competitively priced and flexible. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has the need for a system.

I am very happy with the whole experience. Coming to your showroom, I received help in trying to make a choice. Everyone was very professional in helping me with details. Barry was very courteous and agreeable to my wishes. Steve arrived to make the installation on time and was most helpful. Just a note to thank you for your prompt and efficient service call to my mother’s this week. Being out of state, it was a worry to have her unable to use her lift. Not only did you suggest to fix it rather than invest in a new one, but the 2nd lift was repaired as well in less than half an hour! It has been out of service for several years. It is rare to see a company not push a more expensive option. It made my mother so pleased and happy to have such a competent and honest company come out – not to mention being able to have both lifts working again! We thank you and will definitely call you again if we should ever need service!

Just want you to know that Steve, who did the installation today for us, was absolutely wonderful in every way. He did not rush Ted who walks very slowly and took time to explain everything re the operation. I know he’ll be very happy not having to walk the stairs any longer.

My wife was really reluctant to get the chairlift (although she really needed it). But now she appreciates it. Even the dog seems to like riding on it! Thanks for your quick response when we called about the charging strips that weren’t working properly.

It was important to go to the showroom and see the different models. The Acorn model was good but extended into the walk area on top of the stairs. The Elan from Bruno had an adjustable seat and a rail that did not extend into the walkway. We were able to ride each model at the showroom and make our decision to choose the Elan from Bruno. The installer was very helpful and explained everything about the model. He listened to our questions and showed us how everything worked.
