My wife was really reluctant to get the chairlift (although she really needed it). But now she appreciates it. Even the dog seems to like riding on it! Thanks for your quick response when we called about the charging strips that weren’t working properly.

It was important to go to the showroom and see the different models. The Acorn model was good but extended into the walk area on top of the stairs. The Elan from Bruno had an adjustable seat and a rail that did not extend into the walkway. We were able to ride each model at the showroom and make our decision to choose the Elan from Bruno. The installer was very helpful and explained everything about the model. He listened to our questions and showed us how everything worked.

I don’t know what impressed me most about the Williams Lift Company — their rapid response, their professionalism, their caring and considerate attitude, all at a time of great stress for our family. I became disabled – I couldn’t walk easily! Walking up and down the steps in my house became very difficult for me. So I called Williams Lift company and Scott came over to see the steps and scheduled Steve to come over to assemble this! He did a great job and explained what to do – to go up and down the steps and to be careful too! So Williams Lift was terrific in putting in and explaining the Acorn Stairlift and the how and whys of it to conquer all our fears. Thanks for coming! Now I have 100% access to all floors of my house – without fear!
