The people at Williams Lift Company have been professional, helpful, and on time. I needed to rent a lift chair for my Father’s visit and Scott came and explained their product. Steve G. came to install it when he said he would and was quick and courteous. The chair was exactly what we needed for my 90 year old father to stay with us for Thanksgiving. I highly recommend this company!!
Recently, it was critical that I secure a ramp for my wife who had fallen and needed to negotiate our front steps. To my complete delight, the Williams Lift Company stepped right up and got our ramp installed in time as my wife came home from rehab. And, the Williams Lift company didn’t get very much lead time either.
I made the call, spoke to both Nancy and Laura who made the arrangements to have the technicians come to my home and install the perfect configuration of the ramp to my front door. I couldn’t have asked for a more efficient or more economical experience. I would recommend the Williams Lift Company to anyone in need of a ramp because the whole process is carried out so efficiently and professionally.
Then, when it was time to remove the ramp, Felipe came out and uninstalled the ramp in under a half hour. We are delighted with the product and the brilliant service from these folks.

Williams Lift was very reliable. They had very quick response time to my phone calls and emails. Whatever they said they would do they did. The install of the ramp and stairlift went smoothly and was done in a timely fashion.

Realizing that your loved one needs a stairway lift is a bit sobering. Finding the right company from which to make the purchase can ease the transition. My mother needed help getting from the first floor to the second floor of my parent’s home. After visiting several medical equipment companies, the family selected Williams. We opted to purchase a used lift and it is in great condition. The service and installation of the lift was really wonderful. Since my parent’s home is in the vicinity of William’s, imagine the elation when the company came out to measure for the lift and also installed it the same day. The technician who did the installation was Dan. We could not have asked for a more professional, competent and pleasant man to visit the home and do the installation.
We’ve had the lift for about 1 1/2 weeks. It has made my mother’s trips up and down the stairs uneventful, safe, timely, and the angst that used to accompany those trips is gone.
I called to find out what it would cost and how it would be installed. I am renting a stair lift as I am hopeful not to need it forever. I had knee surgery and this is making my house more accessible for me.
Dan came today and installed a Bruno stair lift. Installation was quick and completed with no mess.
After installation, he thoroughly explained the operation and made sure I was able to operate it both up and down the stairs.
This has enabled me to have the freedom to make use of my entire home, not just the main level. It will be so nice to sleep in
my own bed, upstairs. Thank you!

The 2 technicians were very professional, courteous and friendly. Dan explained everything clearly. Dan made sure we knew how to use the stairlift before he left and had us try it out.

Installation was done on scheduled date in an efficient, neat, informative manner. Installer was very helpful in explaining the operation and safety issues regarding use of the lift.
The lady on the phone in the office was very helpful in arranging the date and explaining options to purchase.
I am very pleased with the lift operation and all aspects of the Williams Lift Company.
