Loved option of a Used Lift
Installation was done on scheduled date in an efficient, neat, informative manner. Installer was very helpful in explaining the operation and safety issues regarding use of the lift.
The lady on the phone in the office was very helpful in arranging the date and explaining options to purchase.

Now that my husband and I are in our “elegant” years, our legs and backs are giving way and unfortunately so is our money. When your wonderful salesman gave us all the pros and cons and explained the benefits for having one of your chairlifts installed, it fit our needs, our pocketbook and most importantly another step towards independence and self confidence in our old age. Contacted Williams after seeing a full page ad in the Star Ledger. Called, and a salesperson came to our home. He gave us prices for a new unit and a used unit.
We took no action for some time and then called about installing a used unit. But at that moment there apparently were no used ones in stock. We belatedly decided to go ahead with the install anyway.
But just before the install a used unit became available, and we went ahead with the install.
We’re in a split level with 8 steps to our bathroom, those steps are killing us. So now we glide up and down with ease. On my diuretic day its a breeze. Laundry day is easier.
My words to anyone buying a home, never buy anything without a bathroom on the main living level, or 50 years later you’ll become a Williams Lift customer.
