My Bruno Stair lift was installed on May 5, 2023, by Michael. I found him to be a quite efficient and knowledgeable technician. He was very courteous to both myself and my wife. He thoroughly explained every facet of operating the lift, quite well. He his a great asset to the Williams Lift Co, and we certainly will tell our friends of the quality of the units and the excellent service we received.

Very fine company to work with. Couldn’t be happier from estimate to install and instruction on use.
I found a few chair lifts companies online and decided to go with Williams Lift Company because they offered the best price, as well as the earliest installation date; the total time between initial contact to installation was 9 days (would have been earlier if not for my calendar).
From start to finish it was a pleasure working with Scott, Laura and Michael. Scott came to measure, Laura scheduled all appointments and Michael installed; they were all very courteous, informative and professional.
Special recognition to Michael, he was caring, knowledgeable and patient. On the day of installation he provided best options on ergonomics (eg. chair height, angle & clearance) and post installation he guided me through the maintenance, operational functions & safety procedures; as well as how best to sit & exit the chair.
I purchased 2 Bruno chair lifts (SRE-3050) and my experience with Williams Lift Company Team was very positive.

I had a stairlift installed on 3/7/23. I was happy to deal with Dan and Mike. Dan came to measure, and Michael installed.. Both were very good at their jobs. Michael was very patient with my wife while giving her instructions on the first ride up the stairs. The installation was completed fast and efficient.. Michael treated my wife like she was part of his family. He is courteous and highly professional. Thanks for a great job.

Williams Lifts is one of the best retail companies I have ever dealt with from start (gathering information about the products) to finish (installation of stairlift)!! All the “workers” were extremely nice. I will recommend this company to everyone who has need of your products.

I am so grateful for Mike D and his expertise installing another essential piece to perfect my chairlift which wasn’t being cooperative. Michael was so professional in his diagnosis and replacement of non-working parts. He explained what was happening and what the problems were in addition to being non-invasive and leaving everything so clean and running perfectly.
Thank you for having Michael help me in all that needed to be done. He is a keeper!

From my initial contact via phone to the installation of our stairlift, my husband and I were extremely impressed with the Williams Lift Co. Everyone we had dealings with were extremely professional and knowledgeable and focused on customer satisfaction! Whether it was Jackie (who answered all my initial questions and scheduled a next day home visit) or Dan (who suggested the Bruno Elan stairlift and generated the proposal) or Rich (who performed the installation) all were great to deal with. Williams has a terrific team of employees, making it a great company to do business with!
