Your technician, Mr. Daniel Pyle, was a very pleasant, knowledgeable and well organized gentleman. He worked diligently and efficiently all afternoon. His explanation of how to use the chair lift was easy to understand. We felt confident about how to use the stairlift and how well it was installed.
