Your salesperson could sell a banged up old car and have you believe it was in great shape! Mike, who installed the stairlift was very polite, quiet and just concentrated on his work. He was efficient and thorough. He answered any questions I had, went over everything I had to know regarding the stairlift and had me try it to be sure I understood. He was very neat.
