Realizing that your loved one needs a stairway lift is a bit sobering. Finding the right company from which to make the purchase can ease the transition. We opted to purchase a used lift and it is in great condition. The service and installation of the lift was really wonderful. Since my parent’s home is in the vicinity of William’s, imagine the elation when the company came out to measure for the lift and also installed it the same day. The technician who did the installation was Dan. We could not have asked for a more professional, competent and pleasant man to visit the home and do the installation.
We’ve had the lift for about 1 1/2 weeks. It has made my mother’s trips up and down the stairs uneventful, safe, timely, and the angst that used to accompany those trips is gone.
