I was very pleased with the salesman, Dan, who came to my home and measured for the stairlift. He explained all of my options and the differences between them. He was able to answer all of my questions and, when I had to call him with an additional question, was very receptive to my call. The technician, Steve, was very efficient and knowledgeable. After installing the stairlift, he took time to show me how it worked and explained all of the details. The price was very comparable to other companies I had looked at. I would highly recommend Williams Lift Co. and am very satisfied with the entire job.
