We had Williams install two chair lift systems in our parents home on February 5th. Dan called in advance of his arrival as promised. Once he arrived, he explained how he would approach the installation, and put my parents anxious concerns to rest. Within 2 hours (all the while being interrupted with questions from all of us), both chairs were installed and ready for Dan to demonstrate. He did not leave until everyone was comfortable with the operation of each chair.
I really cannot say enough about Williams. From the moment I reached out to them (numerous times), to the day Scott the sales tech came out to the house, to when Dan was there – such a great experience. We’re confident that if any issues arise, Williams will be there to support us through the lifetime of the rental.
