Getting a stairway lift couldn’t have been any easier. From my first phone call for information, to Dan coming out to measure immediately, then re-considering his recommendation and coming out again to make sure, and finally Michael’s installation, the entire process was smooth as silk. Everyone in the company was polite, helpful and professional. This lift will make my husband’s life so much easier and he’s really happy with it. Thanks to everyone at Williams Lift! I will definitely be recommending you to others.

Very pleased with our stairlift. The sales person considered our needs (amount/length of use) and recommended purchasing a used unit which rather then new or renting. The installation was quick and very professional. It was a pleasure doing business with them!

I was very pleased with the service of Williams Lift Company from the beginning. On the initial phone call to them, they were very cordial and friendly. While I did not need the stairlift immediately, they set me up in a week so I was very surprised at the quick service. The installer Daniel T Pyle was also on point.
