The installation was quick and not intrusive. The installer was well-informed, and walked us through the mechanical usage of the chair. He made certain that each household member knew how to use the chair. He told us what to do in case of electrical outages. So far, the installation and usage are life-changing. So far, I am extremely pleased. From purchase to installation to use, the Willliams stairlift, I am pleased with the professional way each step of the process was handled.

I chose Williams stairway lift company because they have been family owned for decades. I was going to get estimates from other companies but Dan was just superb. He gave me several options and described the pros and cons of each. I felt really comfortable making a decision knowing that my stairs would not be damaged. Rich installed my Bruno stair lifts – he was throughly professional and I am absolutely delighted with the result. I give the company a top rating! They are wonderful.

This is a great and knowledgeable company with which to do business. The office staff and technicians who install the chair lift are experts and helpful. The lifts worked perfectly and I am so happy with their performance. Williams is the consummate chair lift company and I’d give them 10 stars!

The Williams Lift Company service was prompt and professional. After we called, Dan K. followed through on giving us an accurate estimate. Michael D. was the technician that installed both stair lifts and this has made our life so much easier during this time. The quality of the work was exceptional and it we were provided with thorough instructions by the technician and with a helpful pamphlets. It was a pleasure doing business with this fine company.

We chose Williams Stairlift as it was recommended to us by my physical therapist and because it is a family owned company. That is an important factor in today’s environment. It was a pleasure from the first phone call to Susan, to Dan, the sales rep. and then to Daniel, our installer. Daniel was fastidious with his work even making sure there were no “smudges” anywhere. When my husband, diagnosed with ALS months ago, could barely climb the stairs in our split level home, I contacted Williams Lift. The most professional gentleman showed up the next day, at the exact time expected, & gave us such sensible advice for where the lift would go, along with a price estimate. Two days later, the chair lift was expertly installed. When I called the following week to ask for someone to come out for a minor adjustment, another expert craftsman came out two days later, even earlier than expected after clearing this with us by phone. He took the time to watch my husband use the lift & made two adjustments that did the trick. This was probably the best experience we ever had with getting something done quickly & with such good quality. Thank you so much.
