The Williams Lift Company service was prompt and professional. After we called, Dan K. followed through on giving us an accurate estimate. Michael D. was the technician that installed both stair lifts and this has made our life so much easier during this time. The quality of the work was exceptional and it we were provided with thorough instructions by the technician and with a helpful pamphlets. It was a pleasure doing business with this fine company.

We chose Williams Stairlift as it was recommended to us by my physical therapist and because it is a family owned company. That is an important factor in today’s environment. It was a pleasure from the first phone call to Susan, to Dan, the sales rep. and then to Daniel, our installer. Daniel was fastidious with his work even making sure there were no “smudges” anywhere. We have been customers since 1977; Williams installed an elevator for my disabled son at that time; we are extremely satisfied with their phenomenal service! Just this week , they installed a second chair lift for me… things are so much easier for me to get up & down the stairs NOW! Thank you so very much…

When my husband, diagnosed with ALS months ago, could barely climb the stairs in our split level home, I contacted Williams Lift. The most professional gentleman showed up the next day, at the exact time expected, & gave us such sensible advice for where the lift would go, along with a price estimate. Two days later, the chair lift was expertly installed. When I called the following week to ask for someone to come out for a minor adjustment, another expert craftsman came out two days later, even earlier than expected after clearing this with us by phone. He took the time to watch my husband use the lift & made two adjustments that did the trick. This was probably the best experience we ever had with getting something done quickly & with such good quality. Thank you so much.

Getting a stairway lift couldn’t have been any easier. From my first phone call for information, to Dan coming out to measure immediately, then re-considering his recommendation and coming out again to make sure, and finally Michael’s installation, the entire process was smooth as silk. Everyone in the company was polite, helpful and professional. This lift will make my husband’s life so much easier and he’s really happy with it. Thanks to everyone at Williams Lift!
