The Installer Mike M was professional and thoroughly knowledgeable in what he was doing. On completion of installation he showed us how to operate and perform once a month maintenance preferably using WD-40. Williams Lift Company appears to be low key, no nonsense company as they performed what they promised on schedule and price.

After getting a ramp and chair lift, you have made my aging life easier. Everyone has been so nice and pleasant and my life at this age is now easier and my daily chores  are done safely.

In looking to replace a chairlift in our home, I found Williams Lift on Angie’s List. We couldn’t possibly be happier with the service we received. The journey has been outstanding from beginning to end; initial contact with the office, the estimate, the installation, and the billing went without a hitch. In less than a week, we have two new chairlifts, enabling my mother to access our entire house and the outside world.

So, some specifics. Everyone associated with this business is knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. Scott’s estimate was precise, and he even removed the old chairlifts at no cost as a part of the service. Mike and Dan, the installers, were prompt and, working together, found the best way to install the two units with every piece of packaging removed when the installation was complete. Mike stayed to do the demonstration, and his instructions could not have been clearer explaining the operation and maintenance of the units. Mike answered all of our questions, reviewing the particulars as many times as we needed to hear them. He also, multiple times, encouraged us to call with any questions or issues that might come up; this went far in reassuring us as clients that this company stands behind its product. Outstanding!

Not realizing that this item would not be taxed as it is medically necessary, I didn’t have a prescription from the doctor. As soon as I emailed it to Laura in the office, she immediately adjusted our bill.

People tend to spend time complaining when things don’t go well. Yet, we sometimes don’t spend enough time reaching out when a company has gone above and beyond, exceeding our expectations. I couldn’t let that happen with Williams Lift, as they are deserving of all the praise I have shared. If you need a service such as this, don’t hesitate to call!

Thank you for the installation of the Lift. The whole process was an example of speed, order, efficiency and absence of disturbance, followed by the instructions of use with clarity. I am enjoying the new experience of comfort provided by this alternative way of ” moving ” that allows efficiency ii carrying on the usual daily requirements and errands.

This is the second time I have worked with Williams and both times we have been extremely satisfied. We recently called for a chair lift and Williams was able to come the following day to install the lift!! The professionalism and knowledge were wonderful. Highly reccomend this company.

In less than a week from our call to Williams Lift Co the chair lift was operational. Super quick. The second thing about the service was they committed to a time for the estimate and installation and were right on time in both cases. Well done.

Recently had a stairlift installed for my mom. So far everything is great. The consultation rep and the installation rep both left us well informed of the product and the servicing of the product.
