I highly recommend Williams Lift Co. It was difficult to convince our parents to install the stairlift, so we initially rented it. After a couple of months, we decided to purchase it. We recently purchased a power lift recliner. Top notch customer service.

I had a stair lift installed today by installer Mike. He was fantastic. He was very professional, knowledgeable of the product. He was so patient explaining the use of the product to me.

The price was right, and they installed the lift just a day after I called. Thanks to Michael, who installed the chair lift, the installation took a little over an hour, and the chair operates seamlessly.

I was not sure about getting one of these lifts but the people at Williams were so easy to deal with, I felt very at ease with the rental process. We recently purchased a stairlift from the Williams Lift Company. We would like to thank Scott for his help to select the best brand and options for our situation. We would like to thank Michael for the rapid assembly and installation of our unit and his careful cleanup. After getting the unit operational, Michael patiently described its features and functions, and demonstrated how to safely operate the lift. He had both me and my husband each operate the lift before he left. The bottom line is we are more than satisfied with our experience with Williams Lift Co.

We had a hard time convincing my mom she needed a chair lift for stairs. Had one installed for 90 days on rental basis so she could at least try it. Well, after only a few days she admitted she needed it and liked it. We just purchased after the 90 days. Williams Lift Company has been a delight to work with during entire process. Friendly, professional and patient. The installer was so nice and took the time to explain to my mom how chair works and made sure she felt comfortable and answered all questions before he left. I never leave reviews, but I really needed you to know what a great service you provide. The quick response to my email and scheduling the removal of the stairlift was seamless. Technician arrived on-time and did a great job removing the stairlift. I would recommend your service in the future.

I contacted Williams Lift Company about installing a lift and setup in home appointment. Two days latter a sales technician showed up and did measurements and quoted a price. We agreed upon moving forward and two days later the chairlift was installed. The installer was courteous, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I would recommend Williams Lift Company to anyone.
