I never leave reviews, but I really needed you to know what a great service you provide. The quick response to my email and scheduling the removal of the stairlift was seamless. Technician arrived on-time and did a great job removing the stairlift. I would recommend your service in the future.

I contacted Williams Lift Company about installing a lift and setup in home appointment. Two days latter a sales technician showed up and did measurements and quoted a price. We agreed upon moving forward and two days later the chairlift was installed. The installer was courteous, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I would recommend Williams Lift Company to anyone.

Sales Rep Scott was very nice and explained the renting of the stairlifts for 3 months and possible purchase of the unit. I was very impressed with Dan Pyle, the installer, how quickly and efficiently the stairlift was installed by him and how neat he was with the equipment and tools that he had to use for the installation. Very pleasant person. I would definitely recommend your company to people I know who might need a stairlift or ramp.

Everyone was very professional and courteous especially Jackie who took our order and Dan who installed our unit. Dan was very helpful in training my 89 year old father how to use the lift. We are very happy with our experience and would highly recommend William Lifts.

After doing extensive research on stair lifts and visiting the showrooms of both a competitor and the Williams Lift Company, I chose the Bruno lift after testing it at the Williams facility. The design is both simple and handsome; the unit is made of high-quality materials, and the functioning is quite straightforward. There is a choice of various amenities in terms of power or manual controls, although I chose the most basic version of the Elan SRE 3050 model. Finally, the price was more than competitive. The owner, Mr. Williams, was friendly and patient in explaining the functioning of the unit, and the installer was professional, efficient, and and also very thorough in explaining all of the details of the lift. I am completely satisfied with the Elan model of the Bruno line.

The Installer Mike M was professional and thoroughly knowledgeable in what he was doing. On completion of installation he showed us how to operate and perform once a month maintenance preferably using WD-40. Williams Lift Company appears to be low key, no nonsense company as they performed what they promised on schedule and price.

After getting a ramp and chair lift, you have made my aging life easier. Everyone has been so nice and pleasant and my life at this age is now easier and my daily chores are done safely.
