We recently purchased a stairlift from the Williams Lift Company. We would like to thank Scott for his help to select the best brand and options for our situation. We would like to thank Michael for the rapid assembly and installation of our unit and his careful cleanup. After getting the unit operational, Michael patiently described its features and functions, and demonstrated how to safely operate the lift. He had both me and my husband each operate the lift before he left. The bottom line is we are more than satisfied with our experience with Williams Lift Co.

We had a hard time convincing my mom she needed a chair lift for stairs. Had one installed for 90 days on rental basis so she could at least try it. Well, after only a few days she admitted she needed it and liked it. We just purchased after the 90 days. Williams Lift Company has been a delight to work with during entire process. Friendly, professional and patient. The installer was so nice and took the time to explain to my mom how chair works and made sure she felt comfortable and answered all questions before he left. I can see why Williams Lift Company has been in business for so long and has such fantastic reviews! Thanks for all of your assistance!

I contacted Williams Lift Company about installing a lift and setup in home appointment. Two days latter a sales technician showed up and did measurements and quoted a price. We agreed upon moving forward and two days later the chairlift was installed. The installer was courteous, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I would recommend Williams Lift Company to anyone.

Sales Rep Scott was very nice and explained the renting of the stairlifts for 3 months and possible purchase of the unit. I was very impressed with Dan Pyle, the installer, how quickly and efficiently the stairlift was installed by him and how neat he was with the equipment and tools that he had to use for the installation. Very pleasant person. I would definitely recommend your company to people I know who might need a stairlift or ramp.

After doing extensive research on stair lifts and visiting the showrooms of both a competitor and the Williams Lift Company, I chose the Bruno lift after testing it at the Williams facility. The design is both simple and handsome; the unit is made of high-quality materials, and the functioning is quite straightforward. There is a choice of various amenities in terms of power or manual controls, although I chose the most basic version of the Elan SRE 3050 model. Finally, the price was more than competitive. The owner, Mr. Williams, was friendly and patient in explaining the functioning of the unit, and the installer was professional, efficient, and and also very thorough in explaining all of the details of the lift. I am completely satisfied with the Elan model of the Bruno line.
