We chose you because you called back within 2 hours on a Saturday. You came to our home on the following Monday and installed the lift on Thursday. It was a great relief to have this done so quickly. I would like to say thank you.

My wife who has M.S. is in a wheelchair and was virtually a prisoner on the 2nd floor of our home. Since the 2 stair lifts that I rent from you have been installed, she’s like a new person. She’s now not only able to come down to the 1st floor, but also able to go down to the garage level and go outside. Scott measured the stairways and explained the rental agreement to us in detail. Richard, who did a great job on the installation, was cordial, neat and instructed us on how to operate the lifts. We thank Richard and Scott for their involvement, and Barry Williams for making our experience with Williams Lifts pleasurable.

I rented a stairlift for my wife but she only used it for 2 weeks before she passed away. Even though, there was a 3 month minimum rental, I called Barry and though he didn’t have to, he agreed to refund me a portion of the rental. I know if I ever need a stairlift again that I would do business with Williams. Being in sales for over 40 years, I can appreciate the good customer relations built by that small act.

I have been using lift and I am terribly happy with it – I am so glad my doctor recommended I get one and happy I selected Williams.
