This is to express my gratitude on the fine job you did installing my chair lift. I do not buy things from TV and really didn’t know how to go about finding someone to do this. I called Hazlet Pharmacy who I’ve gone to for years and they gave me Steve who handles medical equipment who gave me my answer: Williams Lift Company. Barry called me right back, explained everything, sent me information and had patience to wait until I was ready for it. You can’t beat “family owned business” and I always try to use them. He sent Steve to install and he was very professional, polite and explained in full. I am very happy with the chair lift, just sorry I didn’t get it sooner. I can’t thank you enough and will definitely recommend your company to my friends.

I recently purchased a stairway lift from the Williams Lift Company and I couldn’t be more pleased. I suffer from MS and at times become fatigued. I live in a two story house and climbing stairs has become a difficult task, especially after a stressful day. I saw an ad for the Williams Company and called for a free consultation. Their representative, Scott, was professional and knowledgeable. He helped me to choose the model stair lift that would meet my needs and be suitable for the location in my house. I only had to wait a couple of days before my stair lift arrived. Steve, the installer, was also very professional and his work was precise and neat. He didn’t leave until I had a clear understanding of the stair lift and its features. Wow! Why didn’t I do this sooner? I now have the assistance that I need and more energy to spend on more important things than climbing stairs. I would highly recommend the Williams Lift Company to anyone who needs a stair lift to make their life easier

It was great to deal with your people from start to finish. I too have my own barber shop in Bloomingdale for 50 years. My son Mike now runs the shop with my son-in-law for hopefully another 50. Our businesses are what keep this country strong!

I selected your salesperson for my reason for choosing your company because of his prompt response and knowledge of new and used stair lifts you had available. He did not push me to purchase one that did not meet my budget. I was very pleased with him answering all of my questions with grace, even though I may have asked the same questions over and over again. This is something the other companies did not do! They seemed to just want to sell me a NEW lift and get it over with!
