Steve and Richard were both great! You were the only installers who offered help with masonry, carpentry and electrical – a one stop shop. That meant a lot in our opting for Williams Lift. Installation was quick and smooth – your crew was very professional and personable. Thanks for helping move our railings along the stairlift and getting our walkway operational on the outside lift.

I called to inquire about a stairlift on Monday morning. The rep came to our home that afternoon. The lift we chose was in stock and installed the next day. Installer was very informative and neat. Thank you for the speedy response. It was greatly appreciated.

This is to express my gratitude on the fine job you did installing my chair lift. I do not buy things from TV and really didn’t know how to go about finding someone to do this. I called Hazlet Pharmacy who I’ve gone to for years and they gave me Steve who handles medical equipment who gave me my answer: Williams Lift Company. Barry called me right back, explained everything, sent me information and had patience to wait until I was ready for it. You can’t beat “family owned business” and I always try to use them. He sent Steve to install and he was very professional, polite and explained in full. I am very happy with the chair lift, just sorry I didn’t get it sooner. I can’t thank you enough and will definitely recommend your company to my friends.
