I am so grateful for Mike D and his expertise installing another essential piece to perfect my chairlift which wasn’t being cooperative. Michael was so professional in his diagnosis and replacement of non-working parts. He explained what was happening and what the problems were in addition to being non-invasive and leaving everything so clean and running perfectly.
Thank you for having Michael help me in all that needed to be done. He is a keeper!

From my initial contact via phone to the installation of our stairlift, my husband and I were extremely impressed with the Williams Lift Co. Everyone we had dealings with were extremely professional and knowledgeable and focused on customer satisfaction! Whether it was Jackie (who answered all my initial questions and scheduled a next day home visit) or Dan (who suggested the Bruno Elan stairlift and generated the proposal) or Rich (who performed the installation) all were great to deal with. Williams has a terrific team of employees, making it a great company to do business with!

We just had a Bruno Stair Lift installed by Williams Lift 12/28/2022. Our experience began with Barry, who greeted us and explained in detail about the Bruno ELAN SRE3050. We were very impressed with his presentation and price. We booked the sale and had it installed in 7 days. Michael, our installer did a fantastic job. He answered all our questions in detail and was very patient with us. We highly recommend Williams Lift to any Seniors like us. We felt safe and secure with the purchase.

Your salesperson could sell a banged up old car and have you believe it was in great shape! Mike, who installed the stairlift was very polite, quiet and just concentrated on his work. He was efficient and thorough. He answered any questions I had, went over everything I had to know regarding the stairlift and had me try it to be sure I understood. He was very neat. I was very pleased. Thank you!

Williams Lifts is a great company to do business with. I was in urgent need of the chair lift, and Williams Lifts installed it within two business days after I called for a rental estimate. The installer, Dan, was very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant, and advised me of the proper usage of the chair lift and had me test it before he left. His work was impeccable, and he left my home clean and neat after the installation. The monthly rental price was also reasonable. Very happy with Williams Lifts!

We called Williams based on a recommendation from one of our friends who had previously used them. We purchased a stairlift for my elderly parents and we couldn’t be more pleased with the company. Everyone was very kind, responsive and knowledgeable about the product. The folks on the phone were very nice and immediately understood our needs.They quickly scheduled someone to come to our house to assess our specific requirements. Scott was very knowledgeable. Gave us a quote with several options, but made it very easy for us to decide. The installation was scheduled at our convenience and Mike did a very nice job. He took the time to clearly explain all the details of the lift and how to avoid any pitfalls.
