The installer was wonderful. He worked very hard and explained everything to us in detail and answered all our questions. My husband was a little unsure of himself about using the lift but the installer took the extra time to make him feel confident that he would be fine and safe using it.

Let me first say if there is any hesitation, don’t hesitate. I went with Williams because they are a family business and have been in business for 70 years. Their professionalism and knowledge was immeasurable. From start to finish Williams was easy to contact, get an appointment, easy to order and fast to install. I was so happy with the custom lift for the first floor to the second, I ordered another for the basement to the first floor. I can’t say enough about the staff and the installers. No wonder they have been in business so long.
Williams Lift Company came out the same day and gave us a quote. We were happy with it and they were able to install the lift that day! The installation took an hour and everything works great. Would recommend them to anyone.
