I badly broke my ankle and needed emergency surgery. I did not have time to shop around – saw your ad in the mail packet and called and explained my situation and needed a stairlift ASAP. It was installed right before my surgery. Thank God because I couldn’t get up and down my stairs to my bedroom. You guys are great and I would recommend you highly! Thank you
Great Company! Therapist from a very large Rehabilitation and Physical Therapy company referred our family to Williams Lift. We were not disappointed! Our technician was Daniel T. Pyle. Dan was very professional and sensitive to our concerns. I highly recommend that anyone who needs a Stair Lift make a special request to have Dan as their technician.

We knew about your company and spoke to you years ago about doing this. You are local and have a good reputation; family owned. We did not get any other estimates. Completely happy with installation which was done carefully and expertly. So far, all working well. Will enable my husband to get up and down steep stairs in our condo. If we need it, we look forward to being able to call a local company for questions, repairs, etc.

The installer was wonderful. He worked very hard and explained everything to us in detail and answered all our questions. My husband was a little unsure of himself about using the lift but the installer took the extra time to make him feel confident that he would be fine and safe using it.

Let me first say if there is any hesitation, don’t hesitate. I went with Williams because they are a family business and have been in business for 70 years. Their professionalism and knowledge was immeasurable. From start to finish Williams was easy to contact, get an appointment, easy to order and fast to install. I was so happy with the custom lift for the first floor to the second, I ordered another for the basement to the first floor. I can’t say enough about the staff and the installers. No wonder they have been in business so long.
