Review of stairlfift in Middletown, NJ

We installed the lift to facilitate my wife climbing steps in our 2 level home. She has multiple sclerosis and climbing steps have become more difficult. We were told about Williams by a friend who recently had a lift installed for her mother. She was extremely satisfied and so we contacted Williams. Scott visited our location and discussed all the options and we were so impressed, we ordered the lift the same day. The installation was done by Daniel Pyle who was very professional and made sure we were completely satisfied. We would recommend Williams Lift to anyone in need of a stairway lift.

Pleased with stairlift rental

Everyone we dealt with from receptionist to measurer to installer were courteous and prompt. Receptionist told us of cost saving by having having a doctor write a prescription for the chair lift to save on tax, which we appreciated.

Employees were prompt and called before coming. Dan was so neat and clean and professional, wouldn’t even know he worked in home when he left. He went over everything with us and explained how the lift works and the codes. He removed boxes and wrappings.

We were very please with your service and would recommend your company to family and friends. Thank you!

We would highly recommend Williams Lift Company to anyone who needs to have a stair lift installed in their home. They are knowledgeable about the stair lifts, their customer service is excellent and the installation process was very professional. Dan Pyle, who installed the stair lift for my mother, who is 94 years old, took his time, made sure we, and she, understood how to work the stair lift and answered any questions that we had. I am very pleased with everything the Williams Lift company has done for us. Again, I highly recommend this family owned company!

Review of rental stairlift in Monroe, NJ

The gentleman, Steve, who came to install my chairlift was excellent. Not only did he get it done in one hour, but he was very kind and considerate. My daughter is living with me while her home is under renovation and she has 2 dogs which always represent problems. They are not used to people and they bark and become rambunctious. This always causes a very stressful situation for me. However, this gentleman was wonderful, constantly reassuring me he has dogs and it was fine, don’t worry, etc. He was truly so considerate, I can’t say enough about him! Thank you so much!

I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received from this company. I called and immediately had a representative arrive and give me an estimate for the stair lift. Two days later and within less than 1 1/2 hours, it was installed. Very competent and professional personnel. Highly recommend.

As far as Lift companies go, Williams is, by far, the most responsive, knowledgeable, fair company around. Our installer, Dan Pyle, went above and beyond in the installation of the Bruno lift for my 95 yr. old dad. Dan was respectful, and made certain that the unit functioned properly and that we knew how to operate it and how to contact them if need be. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to Williams Lift Co.

Acorn Stairlift Review

I badly broke my ankle and needed emergency surgery. I did not have time to shop around – saw your ad in the mail packet and called and explained my situation and needed a stairlift ASAP. It was installed right before my surgery. Thank God because I couldn’t get up and down my stairs to my bedroom. You guys are great and I would recommend you highly! Thank you

Great Company! Therapist from a very large Rehabilitation and Physical Therapy company referred our family to Williams Lift. We were not disappointed! Our technician was Daniel T. Pyle. Dan was very professional and sensitive to our concerns. I highly recommend that anyone who needs a Stair Lift make a special request to have Dan as their technician.
