My wife recently fell and broke a hip. We live in a 3 floor townhouse in NJ. I engaged WilliamsLifts’ services to evaluate our premises and then to install 2 chairlifts to go to 2nd & 3rd floors. Each Willams employee I spoke with, either by phone or at home in person, was courteous, helpful and professional. The technician who installed the rails and chairs spent numerous hours in my home. He was personable, friendly, and answered all questions I had thoroughly, and applied himself the same way in his installation. He also fully explained usage of the chairs following completion. The installation of the chairs was designed specifically for my wife’s height and provide movement for her from floor to floor, and allow for easy access for anyone else to pass on the stairs, when a chair is not in use. We have had the lifts in the home for 2 weeks now. They are truly a godsend, enabling my wife to move easily from floor to floor, which would be impossible without them. They are constructed well, sturdy and supportive, and easy to maneuver and control, also folding up when not in use. I’d highly recommend WilliamsLifts for their courteousness, helpfulness, professionalism and the fine product they’ve installed in my home.

I wish all business transactions were this easy. From sales person to installation, so professional! I needed this ASAP, and Williams Lift came through for my mom. I also was impressed how Daniel, the installer, took his time instructing us how to use our new stair lift and refused to leave until we were comfortable operating it. The lift is easy to operate. I had a stair lift installed last week. The installer / technician was professional and very pleasant to have in my house. He installed the stair lift in about an hour and I couldn’t be any more pleased. Let me suggest that if you are considering buying or renting a stairlift, new or used go to Williams lifts.

All you have to do is call this company and immediately you’ll feel purchasing/renting from them is definitely the right choice. I didn’t even read any of the reviews until after the install because I just knew from the woman on the phone they were an honest company and I was going to go with them. I can’t even add anything new to all the wonderful reviews here. They are all right on the money, and yes, Dan’s the man on the installs!

Dan was amazing! Before he got here, he called several times to let me know his estimated arrival time, when he got here, he worked quickly and efficiently. More importantly, he was honest and friendly and thoroughly explained how to use the stairlift. You can tell that this is a family company that really cares about people. Wish Dan could come over for coffee with the family! I have never said that about someone who has come to my house to install anything!!! Needless to say, I highly recommend Dan and this wonderful company.

We installed the lift to facilitate my wife climbing steps in our 2 level home. She has multiple sclerosis and climbing steps have become more difficult. We were told about Williams by a friend who recently had a lift installed for her mother. She was extremely satisfied and so we contacted Williams. Scott visited our location and discussed all the options and we were so impressed, we ordered the lift the same day. The installation was done by Daniel Pyle who was very professional and made sure we were completely satisfied. We would recommend Williams Lift to anyone in need of a stairway lift.
