Your technician, Mr. Daniel Pyle, was a very pleasant, knowledgeable and well organized gentleman. He worked diligently and efficiently all afternoon. His explanation of how to use the chair lift was easy to understand. We felt confident about how to use the stairlift and how well it was installed. We were very impressed with Mr. Pyle’s workmanship and knowledge of the product.

We purchased 2 stair lifts and are so pleased with the results as it is no longer a problem to go up and down the stairs.

I have been a customer for approximately 5 years. I have never been disappointed with the service. Those answering the phone are courteous and knowledgeable. If it has been necessary to have a technician come to my home, the visits have been timely and as promised. You could not ask for better technicians than those who responded recently for a service call and second installation.

I bought a refurbished stairlift and it works fantastic for my elderly mom. The installer Daniel was very professional and explained how to use the stairlift and we even got my mom to try it out. I was happy that there was the option of a refurbished stairlift for a lower price.

The technician, Michael was extremely efficient and knowledgeable. His professional attitude put my Mom and I at ease as he made sure we understood all aspects of the installation and operation of the two lifts that he installed. We were very pleased with both the installation functionality of the lifts.
