As always, we were very pleased with the courtesy, expertise and helpfulness of both Scott and Dan with the installation of my mom’s stairlift. It might be high in price but we think it is still a good value. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Williams to any of our friends or family. Thank you, again!

Both times your employees have been punctual and kind to my mom and explained everything in clear, concise terms. They also answered all our questions thoroughly. Mom loves the freedom the chair allows her. It’s easy to use and very safe.

The gentleman who came to measure was so accurate, we were able to avoid spending hundreds of dollars more when he said we didn’t need the unit with the hinged end. He then checked and found a reconditioned model was available, saving us another 1K.  Installation was fast, exactly as wanted, and cleanup perfect! Product is working beautifully, no problem, with very low noise level. We are most pleased!

My experience was so easy and lovely. From the wonderful and sweet woman named Jackie who answered the phone, to the knowledgeable salesman Scott and the very patient technician named Steve.

I never thought I would be purchasing a stair lift at this time in my life, but my ability to climb the stairs anymore without extreme pain, was becoming unbearable. (I am in need of knee and hip surgery). A friend of ours suggested getting a stair lift, as it was very hard and painful for me to go up and down the stairs. Our house has lots of them.
They said they used Williams Lifts, and they were very happy with their stair lift, so we made a quick decision to get one, I went online and left a message. The next morning, I got a phone call from Scott, and he asked when we wanted it. I asked for a certain day the following week, and he said it was no problem. In between, someone came out to check out the stairs, and make sure it would work out, and gave us the price.
Dan Pyle came out when he said he’d be there, for the installation, and was very professional and helpful, assuring me that I would love the chair. And I do love my chair! I can now go upstairs and sleep in my bed once again, instead of sleeping in a reclining chair in the living room. It gives me a sense of normalcy once again. I would recommend this stair lift to anyone young or old. I felt if it will help, I will go for it.

Another company was too pushy – they would not come to house without a commitment. We liked the fact that Williams is family owned and operated.  Our technician was great! Very obliging and knowledgeable – a nice guy!

The word professional is often overused. In the case of your technician, Dan, it truly applies. He was punctual, courteous, efficient and left everything as clean as when he came in.
