Steve arrived a few minutes before 10:00 am – our appointed time. Very personable, explained what he would do and he got all of his tools and started to work after he explained he would show us how to use the chair and answer any questions. He did the job, neatly, in about an hour. Â We were very pleased with everything and would gladly recommend the Williams family to anyone looking for help. It’s a blessing so far and will help me with the difficulty of walking and up and down the stairs.

Installation was fast and very neat. The instructions on how to use the chair lift were very easy to learn how to operate. The manual has all the information we will need if a small problem occurs. The gentleman who came to measure was so accurate, we were able to avoid spending hundreds of dollars more when he said we didn’t need the unit with the hinged end. He then checked and found a reconditioned model was available, saving us another 1K. Â Installation was fast, exactly as wanted, and cleanup perfect! Product is working beautifully, no problem, with very low noise level. We are most pleased!
