Steve from Williams Lift installed 2 stair lifts in less than 2 hours. That was fast and a neat installation. He also went over the operation of it. We selected Williams Lift Co. for their excellent, fast service.
This is installed for my elderly parents, who can freely go up stair now.

My husband and myself had our chair lift installed so we could go up and down to our basement. We have difficulty with our knees and this was extremely difficult. The chair lift was one of the best investments we made, we can now go up and down the stairs easily. We are very happy with it. Your installer was extremely informative and helpful.

After reviewing many different companies and chair lifts, we chose Williams. The company is top notch from showroom, to phone help, to installation. Our installer, Richard, was excellent. He was kind, courteous and knowledgeable. Not often does one find the need for this equipment and when you do you need someone with experience and patience.
When Richard left we were confident we knew how to safely operate and charge our chair. We used it that day without a hitch. He also found creative ways to make efficient use of our space. Thanks for all your help Williams company!

The detailed website contributed to our decision to go with Williams. Additionally, they answered all questions on the phone and promptly set up an appointment to install a stair lift and to rent a recliner to us. The installation was clean and the technician was very detail oriented. He patiently showed us how to use the stair lift and the recliner. Knowledgeable, patient and friendly service is why we would recommend this company.

They really understand the business: filled out a request for quote on website at night; office called the next day to set up a home sales appointment for the next day; Sales quote took about 1/2 hour and he answered all my questions professionally; thought about it for a night call and asked more questions; called them back later and ordered it for next day install; The installer came on time and knew exactly what needed to be done, I bought 2 stair lifts (one to go upstairs and 1 to basement to exit through garage). He installed both in about 2 hours. Excellent job. This has made a big difference in my wife’s mobility.

Great company! Prompt service and extremely reasonable pricing. Michael, our installer, answered all of my questions and did not rush to leave after installation. He went through everything I needed to know about our stairlift rental. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a stair lift.

Great experience from start to finish!
From my initial contact with Jackie on the phone to Scott who came by to evaluate and provide estimate and finally to Steve who did the install, the whole process was as smooth and hassle free as it could be. Williams Lift Company is so confident in their products and service that they don’t even accept any payment until after the job is complete. Steve completed the install and answered all my questions in less than hour and half. I am very happy I chose Williams for my chair lift.
