Great company! Prompt service and extremely reasonable pricing. Michael, our installer, answered all of my questions and did not rush to leave after installation. He went through everything I needed to know about our stairlift rental. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a stair lift.

I have used Williams Lift Co. twice within the past 6 months for both a stair lift purchase and a recliner rental. Everyone from start to finish is extremely personable and professional. They clearly and patiently explain how to use the equipment before they leave to make sure everyone is comfortable using it. Excellent customer service! Quick turnaround! Great experience from start to finish!
From my initial contact with Jackie on the phone to Scott who came by to evaluate and provide estimate and finally to Steve who did the install, the whole process was as smooth and hassle free as it could be. Williams Lift Company is so confident in their products and service that they don’t even accept any payment until after the job is complete. Steve completed the install and answered all my questions in less than hour and half. I am very happy I chose Williams for my chair lift.

We have had our Bruno chairlifts that we rent from Williams Lift Co. for several years. Between the quality of the chairlifts and the periodic maintenance by the Williams Lift Co., we have never experienced a problem. Our thanks to both Williams Lift Co. and Bruno for allowing someone with a disability to once again enjoy being able to get to all levels of our home safely and in comfort.

Dear Williams Lift Co., I am thoroughly delighted with my new stairlifts. I had to get two because I have a bi-level and this was cheaper than doing something custom where it probably cost a fortune. The price the owner quoted was quite reasonable. Every individual whom I talked to were polite, professional and personable. They knew their product well and could talk at length so that I could understand what I was buying and how I had to use it. It kept me from going into a nursing home. Now I’m home and more comfortable than ever. I thank the company for their integrity, the speed with which they worked and the life of freedom I never thought I would have again.

Our family recently decided to have a stairway lift installed to help our 93 year young mother heal from some injuries. We contacted Williams and a representative came to our home that same day to measure. Installation was to take place the next day however there was a snow storm! Installation was rescheduled for a few days later. All representatives of the company were very informative, accommodating and pleasant. The gentleman who did the installation could not have been more professional. I would highly recommend Williams Lift Co.

I inquired about a stair lift for my wife and had a representative at my home within one week to explain my options. I was pleased with his knowledge of all aspects of the equipment and what was the best for us going forward. From his visit on Tuesday to complete installation by Friday was outstanding. It has made a huge difference in my wife’s ability to get around. The installer was was quick and answered any questions I had. Completely satisfied with the whole experience. I would definitely recommend Williams to anyone interested in any type of chair lift -TOPS in my book.

Several years ago I rented a chair lift for a few months. Now I find that I need it again. This time I purchased one. The young lady that helped me out actually remembered me from years ago. I recently had a stairway lift that I had purchased from your company (used) and was pleasantly surprised by the prompt call back I received from your company. The salesman who visited our home was extremely professional in his knowledge of the product and it’s installation. The installer arrived on time and well equipped with the required tools and parts. He was professional and courteous and quickly had it installed. He then reviewed with me it’s operation. Very satisfied with your company and will recommend you to our friends.
