The detailed website contributed to our decision to go with Williams. Additionally, they answered all questions on the phone and promptly set up an appointment to install a stair lift and to rent a recliner to us. The installation was clean and the technician was very detail oriented. He patiently showed us how to use the stair lift and the recliner. Knowledgeable, patient and friendly service is why we would recommend this company.

They really understand the business: filled out a request for quote on website at night; office called the next day to set up a home sales appointment for the next day; Sales quote took about 1/2 hour and he answered all my questions professionally; thought about it for a night call and asked more questions; called them back later and ordered it for next day install; The installer came on time and knew exactly what needed to be done, I bought 2 stair lifts (one to go upstairs and 1 to basement to exit through garage). He installed both in about 2 hours. Excellent job. This has made a big difference in my wife’s mobility.

Great company! Prompt service and extremely reasonable pricing. Michael, our installer, answered all of my questions and did not rush to leave after installation. He went through everything I needed to know about our stairlift rental. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a stair lift.

I have used Williams Lift Co. twice within the past 6 months for both a stair lift purchase and a recliner rental. Everyone from start to finish is extremely personable and professional. They clearly and patiently explain how to use the equipment before they leave to make sure everyone is comfortable using it. Excellent customer service! Quick turnaround! Great experience from start to finish!
From my initial contact with Jackie on the phone to Scott who came by to evaluate and provide estimate and finally to Steve who did the install, the whole process was as smooth and hassle free as it could be. Williams Lift Company is so confident in their products and service that they don’t even accept any payment until after the job is complete. Steve completed the install and answered all my questions in less than hour and half. I am very happy I chose Williams for my chair lift.

We have had our Bruno chairlifts that we rent from Williams Lift Co. for several years. Between the quality of the chairlifts and the periodic maintenance by the Williams Lift Co., we have never experienced a problem. Dear Williams Lift Co., I am thoroughly delighted with my new stairlifts. I had to get two because I have a bi-level and this was cheaper than doing something custom where it probably cost a fortune. The price the owner quoted was quite reasonable. Every individual whom I talked to were polite, professional and personable. They knew their product well and could talk at length so that I could understand what I was buying and how I had to use it. It kept me from going into a nursing home. Now I’m home and more comfortable than ever. I thank the company for their integrity, the speed with which they worked and the life of freedom I never thought I would have again.

Our family recently decided to have a stairway lift installed to help our 93 year young mother heal from some injuries. We contacted Williams and a representative came to our home that same day to measure. Installation was to take place the next day however there was a snow storm! Installation was rescheduled for a few days later. All representatives of the company were very informative, accommodating and pleasant. The gentleman who did the installation could not have been more professional. I would highly recommend Williams Lift Co.
