My wife and I are very happy with the Williams stairlift that was installed on 11/29/18. The installer, Steve, arrived on time and began work immediately. We were surprised how quickly he installed the stairlift. After the installation, he instructed us on how to use it and we both gave it a test run. Passed with flying colors. Steve also talked to us about the maintenance of the stairlift, the battery, and what to do if we go on an extended vacation (turn it off and pull the plug). Steve also left phone numbers that we could call if we had any questions as well as the manual. We have already used the stairlift to convey Christmas boxes from the basement to the 1st floor. No more carrying them up the steps. We could not be more pleased.

I am very happy with my stair chair. It operates well and eliminates my walking up all the steps I have to the bedrooms. Your installer, Dan, did a fine job installing it for me. I would recommend your chair lifts to anyone who would be in need of one.

Daniel did a great job for us. My husband is in rehab right now but he will be enjoying it when he comes home. I have a bad back so I am enjoying it already! We recently had a stair chair lift installed in my mother’s cape cod style home. The installation went smoothly, within 2 hours it was complete. Daniel, the installer walked me through the usage. We rented a stairlift from Williams first 3 years ago. We hoped our need would be short but found ourselves needing it for 11 months. We got efficient, timely and polite support and service which enabled my wife mobility between our ground floor and our bedrooms floor. We obviously hoped that her need will not return; when it did I called Williams immediately and once again received a polite, professional, quick support and service.

This is the third time I have used Williams Lift Co. I started when they were in Plainfield and the house was in West Orange. I have used them twice on the same house located in Basking Ridge.

Each time excellent service, good product, and good price. I would definitely recommend this company. I rented the stairway lifts and have always been satisfied with them. I would call them again if needed.
