We rented a stairlift from Williams first 3 years ago. We hoped our need would be short but found ourselves needing it for 11 months. We got efficient, timely and polite support and service which enabled my wife mobility between our ground floor and our bedrooms floor. We obviously hoped that her need will not return; when it did I called Williams immediately and once again received a polite, professional, quick support and service.

This is the third time I have used Williams Lift Co. I started when they were in Plainfield and the house was in West Orange. I have used them twice on the same house located in Basking Ridge.

Each time excellent service, good product, and good price. I would definitely recommend this company. I rented the stairway lifts and have always been satisfied with them. I would call them again if needed.

Steve from Williams Lift installed 2 stair lifts in less than 2 hours. That was fast and a neat installation. He also went over the operation of it. We selected Williams Lift Co. for their excellent, fast service.
This is installed for my elderly parents, who can freely go up stair now.

My husband and myself had our chair lift installed so we could go up and down to our basement. We have difficulty with our knees and this was extremely difficult. The chair lift was one of the best investments we made, we can now go up and down the stairs easily. We are very happy with it. Your installer was extremely informative and helpful.

After reviewing many different companies and chair lifts, we chose Williams. The company is top notch from showroom, to phone help, to installation. Our installer, Richard, was excellent. He was kind, courteous and knowledgeable. Not often does one find the need for this equipment and when you do you need someone with experience and patience.
When Richard left we were confident we knew how to safely operate and charge our chair. We used it that day without a hitch. He also found creative ways to make efficient use of our space. Thanks for all your help Williams company!
