We are very pleased with our stair lift. Williams Lift made the process of ordering the lift very easy. Scott, the salesman, was very pleasant and courteous. The lift was installed within a couple of days of our meeting with Scott. Michael installed the lift and was very thorough and efficient. He explained everything carefully and patiently. We are very happy with the stair lift.

Would recommend Williams Lift with 5 stars. From phone call to installation, it took only 3 days. Rich the installer was great and took only a little over 2 hours to install and demonstrate. What a relief to not have to climb stairs.

So far a wonderful experience. Scott was very nice and patient with our questions. The tech, Steve, was very neat, clean, pleasant and patient also with our questions and concerns. Why didn’t we do this a year ago? I don’t have to worry so much about getting upstairs and the price was very reasonable.

My wife and I are very happy with the Williams stairlift that was installed on 11/29/18. The installer, Steve, arrived on time and began work immediately. We were surprised how quickly he installed the stairlift. After the installation, he instructed us on how to use it and we both gave it a test run. Passed with flying colors. Steve also talked to us about the maintenance of the stairlift, the battery, and what to do if we go on an extended vacation (turn it off and pull the plug). Steve also left phone numbers that we could call if we had any questions as well as the manual. We have already used the stairlift to convey Christmas boxes from the basement to the 1st floor. No more carrying them up the steps. We could not be more pleased.

We were very pleased with Michael’s installation of the used Acorn stairway lift. He was very prompt, courteous and kind to us. He explained everything with patience, for which we truly were grateful. You’re blessed to have Michael as an employee.

I am very happy with my stair chair. It operates well and eliminates my walking up all the steps I have to the bedrooms. Your installer, Dan, did a fine job installing it for me. I would recommend your chair lifts to anyone who would be in need of one.

This is the kind of company I like to do business with. My first contact was a telephone inquiry and the person I spoke with was knowledgeable and knew right away what was needed. She scheduled an appointment for a recommendation for me. When Steve, the tech came out he was sharp, knew what I needed, made a recommendation, and scheduled me for an install 2 days later. What I liked was that Williams not only sells and installs, it also services everything they sell and most parts for the units are on hand in case something goes wrong.
I was offered several options and there was absolutely no sales pressure. The lift was installed 2 days later and I’m a satisfied customer.
The treatment I received was first class. I’m glad I selected them to provide me with a stair lift.

Daniel did a great job for us. My husband is in rehab right now but he will be enjoying it when he comes home. I have a bad back so I am enjoying it already! We recently had a stair chair lift installed in my mother’s cape cod style home. The installation went smoothly, within 2 hours it was complete. Daniel, the installer walked me through the usage.
