Dan was here today to install a new Brooks/Acorn Lift for me. He was professional, neat and courteous, a great representative for his company. The process was relatively quick and not very noisy. I have a dog who scares easily but she slept most of the time while he installed it. The stair lift is easy to use and Dan explained all instructions and operations to me in a clear, concise manner. I am very happy with this company and their product.

I have arthritis and had trouble taking the stairs. The Stair lift is very helpful and let’s me go up and down the stairs now more easily.

I can’t say enough how efficient, professional and easy this process was. Dreading even the thought of a lift and the cost associated. After two falls on a flat surface and a few midway fatigue, I made the call for my mom. In less than a week, I had the initial consultation and lift installed. My mom can now go up and down the 13 stairs we have inside our home with no problem. She’s safe and I don’t have to worry. The very best decision I made and the customer service was worth it. Thanks to Williams Lift Company I sleep a lot better.

We were very pleased with the installation of our stairlift. The office staff were friendly and helpful when I arranged for an estimate and when I called back to schedule the installation. Steve, the installer, was efficient and professional. After the installation was complete, Steve showed us how to operate the stairlift, adjusted the height of the seat, and answered our questions very patiently. I highly recommend Williams Lift Company.

Installer was professional yet friendly. He knew what he was doing and took the time to make sure we understood everything he explained. There was no mess and after he was gone, you couldn’t even tell that anyone had been doing any work. The lift chair has given my 89 year old sister some of her independence back. Thank you for everyone for taking their time and having patience in assisting us.

I just wanted to drop a line to say how wonderful my experience with Williams has been! I dealt with Scott, Barry, Steve and Dan. Everyone has been so professional and amazingly helpful. When I called for an estimate, someone came the next day and measured and gave a price. When I called to schedule the install, you came and installed the SAME day! Steve, the installer, was professional and pleasant. He suggested getting a prescription to save the tax – $346! Yay! The wrong seat was sent for one of the chairs and Dan came the next day to install the proper seat. He was also wonderful. We’ve had a top notch experience with Williams! Thank you!

We are very pleased with our stair lift. Williams Lift made the process of ordering the lift very easy. Scott, the salesman, was very pleasant and courteous. The lift was installed within a couple of days of our meeting with Scott. Michael installed the lift and was very thorough and efficient. He explained everything carefully and patiently. We are very happy with the stair lift.

Would recommend Williams Lift with 5 stars. From phone call to installation, it took only 3 days. Rich the installer was great and took only a little over 2 hours to install and demonstrate. What a relief to not have to climb stairs.

So far a wonderful experience. Scott was very nice and patient with our questions. The tech, Steve, was very neat, clean, pleasant and patient also with our questions and concerns. Why didn’t we do this a year ago? I don’t have to worry so much about getting upstairs and the price was very reasonable.
