I have shopped around and you offer the best customer service around , from Laura to Scott and the whole team you were respectful and always available to answer the phone and so professional . From the very first time I started my search, you always gave me the best info and resources to learn more so that I can be an educated consumer.  Most other companies, you have to leave a message and wait if they ever call you back or play phone tag ….nope!! You are always there to answer and I loved that.  The options you have available make it accessible to most.  My family and I really appreciated the fast delivery and install.  This family owned company is the place to get a chair lift in my opinion

Wonderful same-day service to install a chair lift. Our installer, Daniel, was courteous and knowledgeable and he cleaned up afterwards beautifully.

Thank you for installing our Pinnacle 300 w/flip! Finally, got my mom home from the Rehab Center after 2 months, and she enjoyed the ride up the stairs! This will be so helpful in going forwarding with her at-home rehab. I appreciated the professionalism from my first phone call to the installation which went quickly and efficiently.

I have arthritis and had trouble taking the stairs. The Stair lift is very helpful and let’s me go up and down the stairs now more easily.

I can’t say enough how efficient, professional and easy this process was. Dreading even the thought of a lift and the cost associated. After two falls on a flat surface and a few midway fatigue, I made the call for my mom. In less than a week, I had the initial consultation and lift installed. My mom can now go up and down the 13 stairs we have inside our home with no problem. She’s safe and I don’t have to worry. The very best decision I made and the customer service was worth it. Thanks to Williams Lift Company I sleep a lot better.
