Williams Lifts is a fantastic company. My wife broke her ankle in three places and could not navigate the stairs.
We had to call the rescue squad to get her in and out of the house. Our friend told us about Williams Lifts. I called on a Tuesday. They came right out that day to give me an estimate and the unit was installed the next day.
Fantastic service. Dan the installer was really nice, took his shoes off to protect our floors, and did a perfect install.
Dan cleaned up perfectly too. Chair lift works perfectly and it made our life a lot easier. Thank you for a great job.

Williams Lift Co. has terrific Customer Service. Everyone I spoke to on the telephone was helpful and gave me excellent service and information. Williams also offers the option to rent these wonderful stairlifts instead of buying them which is perfect for my needs. Daniel, the installer, did a fabulous job installing both of the lifts. He measured and adjusted everything so that none of our pictures had to be moved. The lifts work perfectly and are easy to use. Daniel made sure I understood everything about how to work the lifts and all the instructions before he left our home. These lifts have made it possible for me to move around our home all on my own. Thank you to everyone at Williams Lift Co. for helping make my recovery much easier.

I had been thinking about putting in a chair lift for a while. I saw your advertisement on a placemat. I called for more information and you sent me info. I called and a very nice gentleman came to my home and explained some of your different lifts. While he was here, I chose the Pinnacle SL300. I have extra long stairs and that took a few days to order. The parts came in and the chair lift was installed today by Steve. He was very professional. He completed the installment in a little over an hour. He thoroughly explained to me how it works and operates. I am very pleased with the results. I can use it as well as some other relatives that have difficulty climbing stairs. Thank you for helping me live my life fuller!

My Mom has had her chairlift for about a month now and she absolutely loves it. She can make as many trips up and down the stairs as she wants now. Before it was once she went downstairs she was down until bedtime. The chairlift has been a welcomed added convenience.
I would strongly recommend this company because they give superb customer service and work with you to meet your budget. There are companies out there that will over quote you so shop around and I’m sure you’ll end up using Williams Lift company like we did.
