I contacted Williams Lift Company about installing a stairlift in my mom’s home. A family friend had recommended them after they installed a stairlift in their house. From the initial phone call to installation they were very courteous and professional. Richard Browne came to give us an estimate and he was very thorough in explaining everything to my mom and I. He was able to provide a stairlift that met our financial needs. After installation, he made sure that my mom and I were very familiar with how to use it. The entire process from the first phone call to installation was only one week! I would highly recommend Williams to anyone in need of a stairlift.

First impressions are everything. I was very impressed when I placed my initial call to Williams Lift Company and spoke with Nancy. My next favorable impression was Scott who came to measure my stairs; he knew exactly what he was doing in an efficient manner and answered my questions. I have, also, spoken with Jackie and Susan on the telephone; they were both as pleasant as Nancy and were very helpful.
“The proof of the pudding . . . ” is Dan who installed the two stair lifts. He worked ever so quietly (you hardly knew he was here); he never took a break at all; he cleaned the areas after he had completed the work; and he thoroughly explained to me how to operate the lifts.
I am so glad one of my friends recommended Williams Lift Company to me, and I will be more than happy to recommend this Company to anyone who asks.

We just got our chair lift installed and are very happy with the process. The tech arrived on time, installed and explained everything fully.
The entire experience from the sales to the appointment was handled professionally. We would recommend them. Now we just hope the chair works as well as anticipated for a long time;

Dan was very quick and efficient as he installed two chair lifts in our two story house in four hours. He was very knowledgeable and patient as he made sure we knew how to use the chair lifts. This is a great company and their years of experience show as they do everything to help you learn about their products. Their show room where you could actually sit on a chair lift and take a short ride on the models was decisive for me. Due to the space limitations in the basement, we were advised to choose a certain model so we have two different chair lifts and are very pleased with both our Acorn and Bruno.

The whole process was so easy. Had my Brooks Stairlift installed in a few days. It only took 2 hours and now I can use the stairs without worry of falling. I was like a little kid on Christmas. It’s nice not to get sick worrying about the stairs. The installer couldn’t have been nicer. Vacuumed everything at end. If they have been in business over 70 years I figured they know what their doing. And they did !!
