I rented a recliner from Williams Lift after my shoulder replacement. I was unable to sleep in a bed. Rental, delivery and pickup was excellent. Very easy and friendly to rent from this company. I really appreciate the business and have referred others.

I highly recommend Williams for your chairlift needs. Scott was very informative of options, could not beat the price. Michael, who installed was timely, informative, patient and has a sense of humor. The women at the office where wonderful when I called. I prefer giving business to family owned businesses for several reasons and they proved my point. Thank you to all!

We were very happy with your installer, Steve. He completely explained what he was going to do with, all the options, before beginning the job. After completion, he explained how to operate the stairlift and said we can call with any problems. Two weeks now and we have had no problems! Steve was professional, courteous and left stairs clean.

Very pleased with my chair lift. Such a pleasure not to have to “climb” stairs. All folks involved with purchase were very pleasant to work with and installation went smoothly. Would recommend Williams. And appreciate they are located here in Fanwood.

Williams Lift Co. Installed our chair lift in July. There were only a few days between ordering the lift and the installation. The installation and instructions on the use of the lift took only about two hours. I am pleased with the lift and use it daily. It is a comfort for me and my family knowing that I can go up and downstairs safely.

My newly installed chair lift is already greatly appreciated. With severe arthritis and spinal damage, I should have contacted Williams long ago. Not only has the lift relieved a lot of physical pain, it’s made my home accessible again and relieved many worries. In addition, the company’s staff, from my initial information request to precise review of my home’s specific requirements, through timely, neat installation, could not have been surpassed. The office and technical employees were knowledgeable, professional and considerate.

We just got a stair lift for my elderly parents. Since my 1st phone call they were very nice people and the installer Daniel was very nice and accurate. He was on time and did a great job showing us how to use the lift. I am so happy that I went with Williams Lift company.

I have used Williams for years for many different products. Their staff is kind and courteous and very knowledgeable. The prices are reasonable. The installers not only do a great job installing the product but also take the time to explain how everything works. We recently had a stairway lift installed and the installer Michael went above and beyond to explain and make sure my grandmother was comfortable with the chair.
