I was very happy with your service. The day I called, they were able to send Dan out the same day to discuss all the products. Two days later, Steve came and installed everything. Steve called before coming out and was on time. He explained everything and answered all my questions. With this lift, I can stay in my home!

I purchased a used chair lift for my mom from Williams Lift Company. I couldn’t be more pleased with this family owned company. From the woman that showed me the different types of lifts to the installer. I was treated like part of their family from the very beginning. The pricing was very good as well! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a lift.

The stair lift I needed was in stock and installed in a couple working days. Steve arrived on time and had the stair lift installed in under two hours. He explained and had my 97 year old mother use it to make sure she understood everything.

My mother had a Williams Stairway lift. Now that I am starting to have health issues, I called Williams Lift Company to replace my mother’s stairlift. Williams Lift Company was very helpful. The new chair was replaced within a week. Their staff was friendly and helpful. All I can say is thank you.

We have lived in Warren for over 50 years and have dealt with Williams when Williams Surgical Supply existed. We were very pleased with the installer, Richard. He promptly installed the unit and was very nice to deal with. The unit is great and it sure beats walking up the stairs, as both my husband and I have great difficulty doing so. Love it!
