Had 2 stair lifts installed. Called on Tuesday, estimator came Wednesday and installed on Thursday. The installer, Daniel T Pyle, was absolutely superb. He came exactly on time, placed mats wherever he was working and removed any dirt/garbage that was left. He was a true professional. The installation was completed quietly and efficiently. Could not ask for a better experience.

Williams Lift Company installed a Bruno Elan stairlift in my home last week. I received a proposal for the job from Scott, on January 9, 2020, and the installation was done, by Steve G., on January 16, 2020. Both of these representatives were very professional and well-informed about the product they, respectively, sold and installed. In addition, I had communications with both Judy and Laura, in the office, during the week before installation. They were both courteous and helpful in getting the installation scheduled, in accepting my coupon, and in receiving my doctor’s prescription attesting to the medical necessity for the installation. Finally, and most importantly, I am very happy with the stairlift I chose and I feel secure that, if I experience a problem in the future, Williams Lift Company will be there to assist me.

Thank you Williams Stair lifts. For quite some time I have been contemplating on having a stairlift installed in our home and wondering if it was the right thing and how it would look after the installation. I’m happy I took the chance to have someone come to the house, offer options, which I was not aware, and quote me prices. By the time the salesman returned to his office I made up my mind to take a chance after researching the quality of the Bruno Elan unit they were going to install. Today, about two weeks later, the installation of two stairlifts was completed quickly and professionally by Michael. He explained the operation and answered all my questions. I feel whether it is used a little or a lot, I have a quality stairlift installed in my home ready for use by whoever needs it. I would not hesitate to recommend your company.

We are renting a lift and it was installed last week by Dan. He did a wonderful job making sure it was installed correctly, we were comfortable using it and he cleaned up the area spic and span. We are very happy with our stairlift. We’ve had it a little over a month and we appreciate it more and more each day. We were quite pleased with the prompt and efficient service. Steve did an excellent job installing the stairlift. We were very pleased that we were able to have it installed so quickly. After coming home from the rehab facility, we were able to have the stairlift installed within a day or two. Thank you so much for your excellent service. It makes life so much easier.
