Just had a stair lift installed by Michael from Williams. It has been a pleasure working with Williams Lift Co. Pleasant, skilled folks who care. The installation was neat, clean and carefully completed. Every detail was demonstrated and explained. Very pleased with the service and pricing. I would highly recommend Williams for any chair lift or ramp installation.

Great experience— team couldn’t have been nicer, and so efficient. Came to my house right away, measured and were able to install stair chair on very short notice. So appreciative of the help, support and respect they showed me.

Don’t bother looking around for other companies. I don’t think you will find a better value . These people are, LOCAL, efficient and easy to deal with,. The lifts are simple to operate and work well. I weigh 200 lbs and neither unit strained at all. It says they are rated to 300 lbs. We are very pleased with the lifts and the speed at which were installed. Dan, the installer, was here for 4 hours from the time he rang the doorbell until he left and installed two units.

The task of choosing a stairlift and company was easy once I called Williams. Dan was informative and helpful. He offered a great deal of information and explanation in a clear and concise manner. The rental option was a good one for me, and the price offered was also good. Time from discussion to installation was relatively short. Mike’s installation process was professional and clean. The stairlift is working well and aesthetically not even objectionable. Thank you, Williams Co for the painless experience.

This is a great company to do business with. Prior to order, they gave me prompt, cordial responses to my inquiries and questions, with no attempt to “upsell”. They actually showed me ways to save money. Nor was there any pressure applied to order or proceed quickly; they fully accommodated my schedule. They delivered as promised; arrived punctually; and did an excellent, neat install, leaving no mess behind. All this at a competitive price. Who could ask for more?
