This is a great company to do business with. Prior to order, they gave me prompt, cordial responses to my inquiries and questions, with no attempt to “upsell”. They actually showed me ways to save money. Nor was there any pressure applied to order or proceed quickly; they fully accommodated my schedule. They delivered as promised; arrived punctually; and did an excellent, neat install, leaving no mess behind. All this at a competitive price. Who could ask for more?

What a great business! I found out about Williams Lift Co. through a Hillsborough Patch recommendation. Daniel Pyle came to my home on 2/13 and gave a thorough quote which completely met my needs. We are now renting (as of today, 2/26/2020) two lifts–he came and installed them today, and we are pleased with the experience. A great choice.

I have used Williams Lift Co for service on my old chair for several years and when I needed to replace it I turned to Williams. Their staff is courteous and responsive. The installation was done quickly and efficiently and the tech made sure to review all of the new features on the new chair. I highly recommend Williams Lift Co.

I was very impressed with your professional and knowledgeable staff. Dan came first and explained how the stair lift would be installed. He recommended the proper lift for our home. He told us once we were ready to call again and make an appointment. I did this about a month before we needed it and true to form the installer Daniel appeared right on time. Once installed, Daniel gave us a tutorial on how to use it. I used Williams Lift because of neighbors recommendations. I was completely satisfied .

We had Williams install two chair lift systems in our parents home on February 5th. Dan called in advance of his arrival as promised. Once he arrived, he explained how he would approach the installation, and put my parents anxious concerns to rest. Within 2 hours (all the while being interrupted with questions from all of us), both chairs were installed and ready for Dan to demonstrate. He did not leave until everyone was comfortable with the operation of each chair.
I really cannot say enough about Williams. From the moment I reached out to them (numerous times), to the day Scott the sales tech came out to the house, to when Dan was there – such a great experience. We’re confident that if any issues arise, Williams will be there to support us through the lifetime of the rental.

Working with the Williams Lift team was a very good experience. Everybody was informative and helpful. Throughout the installation, Steve was very professional ad prompt and he didn’t leave until I understood the lift and it’s workings.

Excellent experience from first call, price, installation, follow up questions. Exceeded my expectations. Dan was fantastic – on time, professional, wonderful job installing. Always get a human when I call! The Best. I have already referred to my friends and people in the medical community I know.
