Don’t bother looking around for other companies. I don’t think you will find a better value . These people are, LOCAL, efficient and easy to deal with,. The lifts are simple to operate and work well. I weigh 200 lbs and neither unit strained at all. It says they are rated to 300 lbs. We are very pleased with the lifts and the speed at which were installed. Dan, the installer, was here for 4 hours from the time he rang the doorbell until he left and installed two units.

The task of choosing a stairlift and company was easy once I called Williams. Dan was informative and helpful. He offered a great deal of information and explanation in a clear and concise manner. The rental option was a good one for me, and the price offered was also good. Time from discussion to installation was relatively short. Mike’s installation process was professional and clean. This is a great company to do business with. Prior to order, they gave me prompt, cordial responses to my inquiries and questions, with no attempt to “upsell”. They actually showed me ways to save money. Nor was there any pressure applied to order or proceed quickly; they fully accommodated my schedule. They delivered as promised; arrived punctually; and did an excellent, neat install, leaving no mess behind. All this at a competitive price. Who could ask for more?

What a great business! I found out about Williams Lift Co. through a Hillsborough Patch recommendation. Daniel Pyle came to my home on 2/13 and gave a thorough quote which completely met my needs. We are now renting (as of today, 2/26/2020) two lifts–he came and installed them today, and we are pleased with the experience. A great choice.

I was very impressed with your professional and knowledgeable staff. Dan came first and explained how the stair lift would be installed. He recommended the proper lift for our home. He told us once we were ready to call again and make an appointment. I did this about a month before we needed it and true to form the installer Daniel appeared right on time. Once installed, Daniel gave us a tutorial on how to use it. I used Williams Lift because of neighbors recommendations. I was completely satisfied .
