Williams Lift Company did an excellent job installing a chair lift in my home. I had called several years ago for an estimate. The price had not gone up at all during that time. I called on a Thursday and the stairs were installed the next Monday. The installer was very professional. This was all done during the pandemic and he was immaculate, even wiping down the entire chair and rails after he installed it. He explained how to use it very clearly. I would recommend Williams to anyone who needs a chair lift. It has been a lifesaver for my mother-in-law. The people in the office were very responsive as well.

Stairlift Review in Matawan, NJ
I had a stairlift put in my basement stairs since they are very steep stairs and my washer and dryer are located down there. I was very pleased with the salesman, Dan, who came to my home and measured for the stairlift. He explained all of my options and the differences between them. He was able to answer all of my questions and, when I had to call him with an additional question, was very receptive to my call. The technician, Steve, was very efficient and knowledgeable. After installing the stairlift, he took time to show me how it worked and explained all of the details. The price was very comparable to other companies I had looked at. I would highly recommend Williams Lift Co. and am very satisfied with the entire job.

I had an Acorn stairlift installed yesterday. I hadn’t anticipated needing one for another 20 years, until a small accident on the stairs led me to knee surgery, and an inability to get upstairs to sleep in my own bed and take a hot shower. I found this company online, had them come give me an estimate on renting one on Thursday and had it installed on Friday. This thing is a lifesaver. I’m considering purchasing it after my three month rental is over, because my mother-in-law had knee replacement, and stays here periodically. I just wish these came in gray. Michael did an amazing job explaining everything, and an outstanding job ensuring that safety is the first priority. Two thumbs up, I highly recommend Williams Lifts.

We just had a Bruno ELAN SRE-3050 stairlift installed, on 7/14/2020, and I watched the installation technician, Steve G., perform this with a routine of laying out the tools and parts needed in the order of their use. It was very evident that this was not his first rodeo. Installation was perfect and the unit performed as advertised .
