I’ve purchased two stairlifts and a lift recliner from Willimas Lift Company and have been extremely pleased with both items. Everyone in the company that I dealt with, from the salesman, to the installer, to the office staff, were all very professional and responsive to my questions and needs. I would highly recommend that you consider this company for your stairlift or recliner purchase.

I want to thank you for a pleasurable experience doing business with your company. It all started with a sales visit to my home by Dan, a rep from your company who explained every detail about your service and the product offered by your company. Dan is a terrific salesman who managed to educate us without any pressure to force us to commit to the sale. We called the next day to order our chair lift based on an excellent presentation by Dan.
Another employee, Laura, added to the excellent experience by arranging the installation in less than a week later and explained what to expect from your company until the job was finished.
On the date of installation, an installer, also named Dan, added the final touches to an outstanding experience having a chair lift installed in my home.
Most companies strive for 5 stars for the work they perform. Your company deserves a a minimum of 6 stars. It has been a pleasure to write this review.

FIRST CLASS from the initial call for estimate through installation. Dan and his team were very professional in every step of the process. We all hope we or someone we know doesn’t need a lift in our future, but if so Williams would be the company for you.

Williams Lift did an excellent job from beginning to end with the stair lift for our home. The sales rep Dan went over everything in detail and gave us different options (ie buy, rent etc.). The price was better than three other leading companies. The stair lift works well and is easy to operate. The installer Rich was very professional and was done in approximately one hour. I strongly recommend Williams for your stair lift needs.

These are absolutely the nicest people to deal with. They installed the unit quickly and efficiently and were very helpful in explaining everything. Now, as the person who needed the lift has passed away, they will come to disassemble the unit and even pay us a reasonable amount to remove it. Very nice to do business with and I would certainly recommend them.

Williams Lift Company did an excellent job installing a chair lift in my home. I had called several years ago for an estimate. The price had not gone up at all during that time. I called on a Thursday and the stairs were installed the next Monday. The installer was very professional. This was all done during the pandemic and he was immaculate, even wiping down the entire chair and rails after he installed it. He explained how to use it very clearly. I would recommend Williams to anyone who needs a chair lift. It has been a lifesaver for my mother-in-law. The people in the office were very responsive as well.

I had a stairlift put in my basement stairs since they are very steep stairs and my washer and dryer are located down there. I was very pleased with the salesman, Dan, who came to my home and measured for the stairlift. He explained all of my options and the differences between them. He was able to answer all of my questions and, when I had to call him with an additional question, was very receptive to my call. The technician, Steve, was very efficient and knowledgeable. After installing the stairlift, he took time to show me how it worked and explained all of the details. The price was very comparable to other companies I had looked at. I would highly recommend Williams Lift Co. and am very satisfied with the entire job.
