My 80 year old mother was very pleased with the service provided. She feels secure now that she is able to move between floors in the house and has regained her independence. The staff that worked with her were pleasant and patient. She really appreciated the financial honesty in that she received a tax rebate check that she did not know she was eligible for.

Dan and Dan are outstanding!! My father needed a chairlift to come home from rehabilitation and we received a glowing review from a friend about Williams Lifts. We placed a call in the morning, Dan from sales arrived at noon and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He knew that time was of the essence and called the office to see if the installation could be completed today. We were in luck and Dan from installation arrived two hours later and he was also very knowledgeable and professional. The lift was installed perfectly in a little over an hour, Dan went over all details of how to use the lift etc. This was the best service from any company I can remember! Highly recommend!,

I wanted a solution to get a chair lift installed for 5 steps on the second landing. Prior to contacting Willaims I had another chair lift company come in to give me an estimate. He said a lift for the second landing could not be installed because there was not enough room on the second landing for the chair because it would hit the wall on the second landing. Only solution they gave me was to install a new lift with that curves to the top of the stairs. Cost was over $9,000.
Willams came over and looked at my situation and said they can install a chair lift for the 5 stairs with no issue. It was installed and works great. The chair does not hit the wall at all on the second landing and it was a savings of over $7.000.
In my opinion, definitely get an estimate from Williams. They may have a better solution for you.
