Your company is fantastic. I called, received an estimate and in a few months had it installed. So accomodating and friendly, no nonsense, wonderful. Our installer, Michael was amazing. Installed and taught my husband and myself in no time. He was wonderful, very very knowlegable and informative. I have already recommended this company to 2 friends. I can’t say enough wonderful things about them.

It was such a pleasure dealing with a family oriented family. My phone call was returned by Susan the same day and a salesman was at my home an hour later. He explained all the options opened to us. Once we agreed to the installation, the salesman called the installer, Mike, who was at our home within an hour and a half, installed the stair lift and explained the operation of the lift and demonstrated it to us. I would give 10 stars to this company if I could. Everyone I dealt with that day were above and beyond, Susan in the office, the salesman, and Mike the installer. Thank you all for a great service. My husband can now enjoy going up and down the stairs.

Dan was our installer last Monday. He was extremely professional, polite, friendly and installed our stair chairs efficiently and quickly. He wanted to replace one of the seats because something wasn’t the way he wanted. He also was informative and explained everything to us so that we understood the function. We only have good things to say about him !

It was a pleasure dealing with such a professional company–from everyone I spoke with by phone to Scott who gave the estimate to the installer, Michael, who was exceptional in every way. He set things up well for my father to come home from rehab. We couldn’t be more pleased!

From the sales call through installation, the people at Williams Lift were professional, polite, and efficient. Furthermore, there was no “overselling” or “upwelling.” It was a pleasure working with Williams Lift.
We contacted Williams based on its history (family owned since 1947), the fact that they have confined their business to the lift niche market, their BBB rating, and reviews. We have not been disappointed ? and we are looking forward a more comfortable future.

My 96 year old Mother moved in with us recently. She has COPD and on oxygen. Her room is upstairs and it was a harrowing experience for her every evening as we tried to get her up for bed. My husband looked into getting a chair lift and found Williams Lift Company. Called up had someone come to give us a quote then checked the reviews.
We were very surprised at the cost of the pre-owned stairlift. It fit into our budget and we had it installed. It has been wonderful having the stairlift in our home. So easy for Mom to get up and down. We also use it! Thank you Williams Lift Company!

Great job great installer, Daniel was super friendly efficient and cleaned up after himself so well , he went above and beyond!!
