I’m very please with my stairlift! It’s easy and comfortable to use. The salesperson was so professional and informative. He provided all the details and assured me your company would install the stairlift before my surgery. The installer, Dan, was a pleasure to work with. He was very careful and did a great installation. He’s very proficient and very thorough and knowledgeable. Again, thank you for all your help. Your company has a great team working together to provide the perfect product for me.

I was very pleased with the service of Williams Lift Company from the beginning. On the initial phone call to them, they were very cordial and friendly. While I did not need the stairlift immediately, they set me up in a week so I was very surprised at the quick service. The installer Daniel T Pyle was also on point. He was professional, courteous, friendly and accommodating.

To the staff at Williams Lift Co,

I would like to thank the salesperson, Scott, and Dan, the installer, for being so kind, patient and thoughtful during my first time meeting them. I am 82 years old and do not like to be rushed. Scott allowed me to take my time in selecting the chair I wanted to have installed. I ordered the chair on Thursday and he made a call and was able to have an installer put it in on Friday. Dan arrived on Friday. He called to give me the time he would be at my house. He was so kind and explained how the chair operated and how I was to use it. He was so easy to talk to. I felt comfortable asking him questions. I love my chairlift. No more long waits at the bottom of my stairs trying to lift my feet to the next step, then pull my weight up. I give thanks to God ad the Williams Lift Company

Your salesman, Dan, was wonderful, very kind and understanding and explained everything thoroughly. Your installer, Richard, was wonderful as well. Very patient and accommodating. He even repositioned our handrail so that my husband’s knees weren’t in the way. Thank you for your speed of delivery too!

I am very happy with the service Williams Lifts Co. provided for me. The staff was very professional in their jobs. They were friendly while explaining the details on how the stairlift works. The first gentleman that came out, made a phone call to get a date for installment and the stairlift was installed the next day. I am enjoying this ride up and down my stairs. I wish I had looked into getting this lift earlier…Like months ago.

Totally responsive company. All staff members we had contact with were courteous, knowledgeable and willing to do that little extra. When service was needed well after business hours, the technician was prompt and fixed the problem with speed and efficiency.
