To the staff at Williams Lift Co,

I would like to thank the salesperson, Scott, and Dan, the installer, for being so kind, patient and thoughtful during my first time meeting them. I am 82 years old and do not like to be rushed. Scott allowed me to take my time in selecting the chair I wanted to have installed. I ordered the chair on Thursday and he made a call and was able to have an installer put it in on Friday. Dan arrived on Friday. He called to give me the time he would be at my house. He was so kind and explained how the chair operated and how I was to use it. He was so easy to talk to. I felt comfortable asking him questions. I love my chairlift. No more long waits at the bottom of my stairs trying to lift my feet to the next step, then pull my weight up. I give thanks to God ad the Williams Lift Company

Your salesman, Dan, was wonderful, very kind and understanding and explained everything thoroughly. Your installer, Richard, was wonderful as well. Very patient and accommodating. He even repositioned our handrail so that my husband’s knees weren’t in the way. Thank you for your speed of delivery too!

I am very happy with the service Williams Lifts Co. provided for me. The staff was very professional in their jobs. They were friendly while explaining the details on how the stairlift works. The first gentleman that came out, made a phone call to get a date for installment and the stairlift was installed the next day. I am enjoying this ride up and down my stairs. I wish I had looked into getting this lift earlier…Like months ago.

Totally responsive company. All staff members we had contact with were courteous, knowledgeable and willing to do that little extra. When service was needed well after business hours, the technician was prompt and fixed the problem with speed and efficiency.

Your company is fantastic. I called, received an estimate and in a few months had it installed. So accomodating and friendly, no nonsense, wonderful. Our installer, Michael was amazing. Installed and taught my husband and myself in no time. He was wonderful, very very knowlegable and informative. I have already recommended this company to 2 friends. I can’t say enough wonderful things about them.

It was such a pleasure dealing with a family oriented family. My phone call was returned by Susan the same day and a salesman was at my home an hour later. He explained all the options opened to us. Once we agreed to the installation, the salesman called the installer, Mike, who was at our home within an hour and a half, installed the stair lift and explained the operation of the lift and demonstrated it to us. I would give 10 stars to this company if I could. Everyone I dealt with that day were above and beyond, Susan in the office, the salesman, and Mike the installer. Thank you all for a great service. My husband can now enjoy going up and down the stairs.

Review of stairlift in West Long Branch, NJ

Dan was our installer last Monday. He was extremely professional, polite, friendly and installed our stair chairs efficiently and quickly. He wanted to replace one of the seats because something wasn’t the way he wanted. He also was informative and explained everything to us so that we understood the function. We only have good things to say about him !
