It was a great experience dealing with Williams Lift Company and we attribute it to Richard, who is very knowledgeable, courtesy was exceptional, very customer oriented and just plain great to deal with. He is a great representative of William Co. We might add that we are thrilled with the stair lift. We highly recommend Williams Co.
