Our family recently decided to have a stairway lift installed to help our 93 year young mother heal from some injuries. We contacted Williams and a representative came to our home that same day to measure. Installation was to take place the next day however there was a snow storm! Installation was rescheduled for a few days later. All representatives of the company were very informative, accommodating and pleasant.
