I was pleased with his knowledge of all aspects of the equipment and what was the best for us going forward. From his visit on Tuesday to complete installation by Friday was outstanding. It has made a huge difference in my wife’s ability to get around. The installer was was quick and answered any questions I had. Completely satisfied with the whole experience.
