Dear Williams Lift Co., I am thoroughly delighted with my new stairlifts. I had to get two because I have a bi-level and this was cheaper than doing something custom where it probably cost a fortune. The price the owner quoted was quite reasonable. Every individual whom I talked to were polite, professional and personable. They knew their product well and could talk at length so that I could understand what I was buying and how I had to use it. It kept me from going into a nursing home. Now I’m home and more comfortable than ever. I thank the company for their integrity, the speed with which they worked and the life of freedom I never thought I would have again.
