They are knowledgeable about the stair lifts, their customer service is excellent and the installation process was very professional. Dan Pyle, who installed the stair lift for my mother, who is 94 years old, took his time, made sure we, and she, understood how to work the stair lift and answered any questions that we had. I am very pleased with everything the Williams Lift company has done for us. Again, I highly recommend this family owned company!
