The gentleman, Steve, who came to install my chairlift was excellent. Not only did he get it done in one hour, but he was very kind and considerate. My daughter is living with me while her home is under renovation and she has 2 dogs which always represent problems. They are not used to people and they bark and become rambunctious. This always causes a very stressful situation for me. However, this gentleman was wonderful, constantly reassuring me he has dogs and it was fine, don’t worry, etc. He was truly so considerate, I can’t say enough about him! Thank you so much!
