We recently purchased a stairlift from the Williams Lift Company. We would like to thank Scott for his help to select the best brand and options for our situation. We would like to thank Michael for the rapid assembly and installation of our unit and his careful cleanup. After getting the unit operational, Michael patiently described its features and functions, and demonstrated how to safely operate the lift.
