We had a hard time convincing my mom she needed a chair lift for stairs. Had one installed for 90 days on rental basis so she could at least try it. Well, after only a few days she admitted she needed it and liked it. We just purchased after the 90 days. Williams Lift Company has been a delight to work with during entire process. Friendly, professional and patient. The installer was so nice and took the time to explain to my mom how chair works and made sure she felt comfortable and answered all questions before he left.
